How can we determine the bias or perspective of an informational text?
What perspectives do nationals and outsiders bring to informational texts about a country?
What can you learn about the cultural identity of a country from its literature (fiction, creation stories, poetry etc.)
Assessment Tasks
- Write a paragraph that analyzes the effects of cultural and personal factors on an informative text. Post it to your country’s blog along with a link to the informational text that you analyzed. This is an individual assignment.
